M&J Property Management provides services and property management. This is an ideal way to ensure that your property is secured when you're not in Turkey.

All services are optional and include the following:

Checking your home
We visit your home to make sure that everything is in order and let you know about this. This service is especially useful in winter when the weather is inclement and changeable and can be reassuring for you to know that everything is checked when you are away. In the case of entertaining activities, we would like a quote for you and we can ensure the execution of the work. Inspections of houses is done on request at an appropriate amount.
200 € for 1 year

Furnish property
We are happy to assist clients in buying furniture and where possible to negotiate the best price. Apply an appropriate amount for this service. 

Cleaning
We can get your home cleaned if you want. Cleaning services are carried out on request at an appropriate amount. Materials should be cleaned by the homeowner be made available.
Price 50 € per house (appartment/doublex) 

 Pool Maintenance
Some homeowners want their own pool maintenance, however, knowing that in the summer maintenance is an almost daily activity, it is possible to request an appropriate amount and at the pool maintenance be performed by our team of property management. All cleaning materials and pool chemicals should the owner be made available.

Transfer
 We can pick you up and bring you back to Airport Antalya.  100 €
